"If you care about quality, service and accuracy, please, DO NOT bring your items to this cleaners. I dropped off two separate orders, one order was a Michael Kors pea coat dropped off 02/07/24, and the other order consisted of a sweater, dress pants, collar shirt (4XL), and dress, dropped off 02/07/2024. I informed the cashier that I needed the items cleaned for a funeral out of town, on 02/10/2024. The cashier assured me that everything would be ready on 02/09/2024 by 4 pm. Great, no problem. To my surprise, I received a text stating my orders were ready 02/08/2024. I was super thrilled, as I’m not a person who likes to rush or procrastinate. I went and picked both orders up 02/09/2024, and my total was $45 which wasn’t a bad value at all, however there was a mix up, where the cashier couldn’t find my coat, so the pickup process took a little longer than I expected. Eventually, my coat was found, and all should have been well right? Unfortunately this was the beginning of a nightmare. Long story short, my husband and I drive 3 hours to lay our aunt to rest, only to discover that his shirt is no where to be found. Someone had placed an extra hanger in the bag, with no garment attached. Due to the time sensitive nature of this matter, we head to find my husband another black shirt. In the midst of the scavenger hunt, I called lapels to inform them of the mishap, and Joseph was very rude and condescending. I explained to Joseph that I had 2 orders, the shirt was included in the second order, so I’m not sure how you loose a (4XL) shirt. Joseph proceeds to tell me that it was the way the cashier rung me up and the shirt was separate, I politely asked him to explain seeing as that I only had 2 orders. Joseph proceeds to tell me that the shirt wasn’t paid for, and still has to be picked up. To add insult to injury, I see that my husband’s pants have double creases, it’s 2024, so I’m confused as to what is so hard about providing service that has been paid for. I am highly disappointed and will not use this cleaners ever again, and if you care about your belongings, I recommend you don’t either."

"Very disappointed with how this store operates. My sons dropped off two pieces, a dress and a Suede jacket, midday on January 9th. They quoted him $13 and change for the suede jacket. I suggested he call and check on that because the price doesn't seem right. There are no prices on the claim check. No pricing on the website. Both Items were supposed to be completed by 4:00 January 10th. My son called this morning to check status...the price on the jacket went up to $55.00 and they had set it aside because of the fabric. They also told him the dress was not ready yet. So I called back and told them to stop the work and I would just pick up both items. He asked me to hold and then told me the dress was done the jacket was not. I went to pick up the items and the dress looked fine which is why they get any stars. There was no apology for the bad quote on the jacket. No apology for the miscommunication on the status of the clothing. No apology for the order not being done on time. The only thing on their receipt was 2 General Cleaning Items. I don't know that they know what they are doing or if they just do not care about customer service. Will not go back, there are many other options."
"I took my down jacket to this store for dry cleaning last time. When I got it back, I found that there were some marks on it and they had damaged it. I am very disappointed. I asked for a refund and they should refund, but they didn’t answer my email. This is not my first time dry cleaning at this store; I came back because I trusted them, but this time their service really disappointed me. I think I won’t comeback again."
