"This was the worst service I have ever received in any service-related job. The booking process was very easy, and Cindy was extremely helpful and pleasant. The problem started as soon as the 3 cleaning ladies arrived. They acted like they were on their last leg and hated their job. I realize cleaning other people’s houses might not be the dream job, but you can at least “fake it” when you meet the client. I should have known this was not going to go well when I was asked to walk around and show what was needed to be done. I paid for a "DEEP CLEAN"! That means everything cleaned from top to bottom. (read your services posted on website) They were there about 1 and 1/2 hours and as soon as I walked through the door, I noticed the following things: baseboards were not touched, dusting furniture was not done, blinds were not cleaned, cleaning doors and frames were not completed, vacuuming only the center of rooms, food stuck on floor, and much more. I contacted Cindy immediately and she sent out the “lead cleaner” to come back and redo areas. She was upset for having to return and was rude. She wanted me to walk around and show her missed places. There were so many areas missed that if I have to hold her hand to show her what to redone, I might as well clean the house myself! There were areas missed all through the house and when she started to redo some areas she would say "I personally did this room" and do a few swipes. I asked if she thought it was clean and she said "you just saw me do it". She proceeded to tell me that the dust was construction dust. I don't care what kind of dust it is, just remove it. It was obvious things were not going to get resolved with her attitude. She was asked to leave, and Cindy was called. Cindy was sent pictures of things that were not cleaned. She sent a text stating that areas were skipped, and she her lead cleaner had some "personal issues". She said that she discussed the issues with her "lead" and she would send out another crew the next day. I exchanged texts with Cindy, and she agreed to send somebody out on Monday. I was unsure if this would be ok with my daughter as she would need to leave a key out under her door mat. Cindy then inadvertently sent me a text (meant for her employee) that made me look as if I was acting ridicules and had emojis that displayed her annoyance with me for requesting the I needed to check with my daughter. I texted Cindy back and told her to forget about coming back given the inadvertent text she sent. I later talked to my daughter, and she told me to have them come back since I had spent so much money. I texted Cindy and told her that my daughter would leave the key under her door mat on Monday and to let me know when they were leaving so a neighbor could come get the key. Cindy NEVER responded and they did not show up on Monday. I then requested a partial refund and received no response. I was just trying to do a good deed for my daughter! I never thought that Anybody could receive such inexcusable service. Cindy may respond that she offered to send someone to correct the problem. However as you can see, her employees are not capable of correcting these problems, as they make excuses for everything they missed. Cindy’s “24 Hour Customer Satisfaction” is worthless. I will be contacting the franchise, BBB, Facebook, internet, and word of mouth."

"I received MAID RIGHT move out deep clean service on 3/15/2022. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired them to do a move-out deep clean, and the results are extremely disappointing. The shower booths still had water stains, and, inside and outside of ovens were still dirty with grease spots and crumbs on the sole. When I texted Maid Right (one of the maids) to re-clean the parts that were incomplete the day I received the service, she said that the earliest day she could come was Friday (3/18/2022) However, on our contract, it said that they would come and improvise in 48 hours, which was clearly out of the contract. Also, they kept saying there’s nothing they can do further, about the parts I asked to re-clean, but when I cleaned the shower booths and oven, all the water stains, oven grease, and other gunk came off. We had to re-clean the house ourselves overnight, because we had to be ready to sell the house as of Tuesday. The next day(3/16/2022), I made a call to complain what happened on 3/15/2022 to the manager of Maid Right, and the manager told me that all she will offer is to re-clean today when we already cleaned EVERYTHING overnight! Also, when I told her that we cannot trust her with her service anymore to give us another clean, she said “Well, that’s unfortunate.” This is definitely NOT worth my $506 and my time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, not only with the cleaning, but even more disappointed at the customer service. "The first time they came out, the team did an excellent job. I was there to supervise. On the second time, I left them alone and it was a world of difference. I came home to find they left in a hurry, leaving behind their own dirty bucket and sponge in the hallway. I didn’t feel I can trust them anymore when I’m not home as they wouldn’t do their job. I then tried to work with Maid right to reschedule them when I would be home, but since I was traveling out the country I couldn’t book it for 2 weeks. They then wanted to charge me even more… a surcharge, to delay the cleaning by a few days. I would only recommend this service if you can be home to supervise, if not then they won’t do a good job."
"Maid Right was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a cleaning with ease and the team showed up on time and ready to clean. Not to mention they did a remarkable job! We requested a deep clean so we could put our house on the market and it was sparkling by the time the team was done. Great work and worth every penny!"
