"The estimator showed up as planned, very nice answered all of my questions. The technician showed up promptly, was very professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows. I was unaware that there is no use of a water hose and so any dust, dirt, bugs etc. that are on the trim or between the windows doesn't get cleaned at all. Just sharing so that you know. My recommendation for next time is to use whatever means you have to clean the areas/ patio around the windows before they come to do the windows. After they come it's too late. Update: The owner called me about this review and wanted to come look at the job. They arrived and they did do what I paid for, but they wanted to be sure I was happy and so did try to clean up the areas around the windows without messing up my newly cleaned windows. I would highly recommend and they aim to please and like I said in my original post, the windows look great."
