"I’ve always had good experiences with JB. However, I took two formal dresses to be steamed and they ironed them. They made creases where there shouldn’t have need creases. I spent almost $100. Fortunately, I was able to steam most of it out. I’m waiting on a call back from a manager. The woman I spoke to said I could bring them back in and they’d re-do them. I said no thanks. I can’t run the risk of them damaging the dresses at this point."
