"Account Supervisor Position will be totally different from the job description to when you're on the job. You will never make an impact as an account Supervisor. Account manager will purposely keep a skeleton crew knowing that the supervisor will be available to fill in all the time. Use your own vehicle not only to do the job but to transport their employees for free. Mileage is not worth the long drives. This review is for San Antonio area particularly a large account. If you wanna accept the position get ready to make exceptions for management. Work Saturdays, transport employees to locations, fill in for employees when they're out, etc, anything and everything but being an account Supervisor like they said. If you work a Saturday, you will be told " don't worry be off Friday ". I would not be worried, I would be excited to have overtime. They do that to avoid overtime not because we would worry. Smh"
