"I love this Michaels. So far I’ve had a pleasant experience there. Savannah is AMAZING. She has the products and availability information at her fingertips. When I wanted a specific paper roll, I described it to her and she took me to the exact place. The next time I went to the store, I had taken my baby with me. She was so patient with me and helped me get all the products I needed. As it was a Sunday, they had an activity going on (they conduct different activities every Sunday from 2-4pm). I was able to participate in it as I love art and craft and it was a day out with my lil one. Finally, with the help of the staff especially Savannah (she was very professional with her speech and attitude) I was able to make my first date with my lil baby so memorable by doing what I love. The activity we did on that day was pour painting. Savannah was so kind in bringing me glove as I was painting with one hand while holding my baby in the other. Moreover, she bought a chair for me to sit so I can hold my baby comfortably and enjoy painting. She assisted me completely at every step. The staff even allowed me to buy my own bigger canvas and use their paint to do the pour painting. I absolutely loved my experience. It turned out to be such and memorable day! Thanks to all the staff especially Savannah!"
