"It’s the type of store that makes you jump through hoops to get the discounts, you have to download the app and clip coupons. With all the different combinations of coupons, you can find some good deals here but most of it is overpriced in my opinion Tried to do a return today, and they couldn’t find the purchase in the system. The return policy is very weak compared to other stores like Kohl’s. They want tags attached, unworn, receipt in hand, within 30 days, etc."
"I like this place. It’s better than Kohl’s now. It feels like COVID killed the clearance rack department store, but BELK is still doing it. They have some good clothing and you can usually find a good price. Make sure to download the app and use the stores WiFi. You can scan any barcode and it’ll show you the price with discounts. I like that ability."
"It wasn't clear if exchanges could be done at any register. Although the line was long, it went fast at customer service. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the lady who helped me find a cart to push my toddler around."

"There was alot of sales going on here. Black Friday deals and regular sales. My husband got a nice coat for 65% off. The only downside is some of the sales required a coupon which you get from the app but there wasn't service in the store to download the app. There is something for everyone here from men's, women's and children's clothing to shoes and housewares and department store brand makeup counters!"
