"Tried another cleaner first, they told me it would take at least 3 days to get my work linens back to me, no sooner. That was not going to work for me so I called Quality First to see if they could help and they said they could get them back to me in two days. They called me the next day to tell me my items were ready for pick up! Everyone was super helpful and professional. Glad I tried them out, I’ll be back!"

"Wow! These people are amazing. Great service. I won't go anywhere else. Very warm-hearted, family-run business. They know their stuff...and I'm a picky customer! I have been very pleased each time and I have been going here since it opened. The kiosk in the back of the building is so easy to use for drop offs and pick ups when the building is closed. Just be sure to go inside and put your credit card on file before-hand, or you won't be able to use it. I highly recommend this place!"

"Couldn’t believe the outrageous price this place is charging. $34.25 for 3 pairs of pants?? This was just ordinary service, no rush service requested. I live less than half a mile from this place and I will never be back. Make sure you check with them and get what the cost is before you leave your items with them. The most ridiculous dry cleaning bill I have ever received!"

"Went in yesterday to drop off two skirt pants I asked the gentleman behind the counter lightly pressed so I came back today which is the 15th of October and to my surprise they charged me $32.80 so I called her later and said I'm very dissatisfied with the price and I asked her why was the price so high she said oh because it was very hard to press that material is so thin it is not hard to press and they did not do a good job she was nonchalant about it and I begin to tell her I go to cleaners every week practically and I never had someone to charge me this ridiculous price for two pair of pants she said oh, wow that's the response. She just lost a great customer please make sure you ask questions about their prices because to me the overreaching and it would never be successful this way."
