I was a few minutes late arriving to my home to let Torres Cleaning in, but as I arrived, I found them sweeping off my porch and sidewalk as a courtesy, as they could have chosen to just wait in their van. Once they got started on my floor, they kept great communication with me through out the whole process to the end with pics and calls to keep me in the loop while I was at work. They made sure I was satisfied with the prep work before getting started on the wax. At the end of the job my floors looked awesome as could be! They put a shine on perfect to my liking.
