Kimberly was here within an hour, and began assessing damage, and removing the remaining water and soaked area rugs. The next day Matthew and his crew removed the affected flooring and baseboards. Today they removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and after everything dries out reconstruction can already begin. After 3 days they are finished with their part, making a traumatic experience much less painful. If only someone could invent silent fans! Matthew and every one of his crew was friendly, polite and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly, and I am grateful to them.
