"I requested a move out cleaning of a house with 1850 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms and a rec room with carpet, and 2 bathrooms. The house was fairly clean, so I was expecting about 6 man hours. They took 9 man hours and mentioned mopping the garage. When I scheduled I asked about sweeping the garage, but I did not expect they would mop it."
"Don't recommend. Sad to say All2clean did a terrible cleaning job. If you need someone to do a superficial cleaning, maybe you'll be satisfied. After realizing they hadn't even vacuumed and so many other things were missed, I spent my first two days cleaning after their "professional" cleaning, I am really disappointed they didn't offer much discount to make up for the poor work. I grossly overpaid. I really hope practices improve for more 5 star reviews in the future because I don't wish ill on anyone, just good business practices. I had hoped a professional cleaning would take a load off of the stress of moving into a new place, so I requested a detailed, deep clean for an empty smaller home where the previous owner had a dog. I was worried about the cost but hoped two professionals could get a quality cleaning done in 4 hours or so (8 total labor hours), and if it took a little longer, at least it would be a deep, detailed cleaning. Zary said they leave a place 90-95% better than when they started and the house was completely empty except a box of supplies from the previous owner, so I was optimistic that two "professionals" in an empty house could work wonders. I was wrong. I feel sick having spent so much to move in to my new place only to get totally ripped off and have to clean it myself. Zary brought two staff in the morning. She mentioned one house they recently did took 14 labor hours but it had required more work than mine would. I checked in once after 3 hours and was concerned they were only halfway done. I regretted not having them start with my high priority areas so I could have the option of ending the cleaning before it got too expensive. After over 5 hours, I returned, sure they'd be wrapping up, but I found so many things missed. I checked only areas they said were already done, and I pointed out things to be redone. I felt uncomfortable that having them redo work was adding time to the clock, so I got some paper towels and started redoing some of the things myself. I showed Zary they had missed super basic things like baseboards and empty cabinets that literally just needed to have dust wiped out. After they left, I continued to clean, finding more and more that had been missed. Things that came off easily with just a paper towel and a little water. When two of my friends came by before things were unloaded and unpacked, they were surprised to hear the house had been cleaned by two professionals for 6 hours (12 labor hours) and pointed out a couple more things that were missed or insufficient after a "deep/detailed professional" cleaning. The day after moving in, I decided to shampoo the carpets, and I realized they didn't even vacuum! I pulled out my vacuum, emptied it and began vacuuming the primary bedroom. After vacuuming just half the room, the vacuum was nearly full of dog hair (I do not have a dog). I filled the vacuum again after vacuuming the rest of the house. (Pictures attached) I guess my expectations for what two "professional" cleaners can accomplish in even 6 hours were high. Some of the things I requested they redo: dead bugs in the otherwise clean fridge, dusty cabinet interiors, missed baseboards, crumbs in stovetop crevices, grease and debris between the counter and stove, missed drawers, dirt, hair and more. I sincerely hope for this business to be successful. I recommend the use of checklists, training, standardization, and professional development to elevate company cleaning standards and improve business practices and reputation. Leaving negative reviews is something I do not enjoy, but it was such a frustrating experience in both quality and cost. I spent my first full day or two in my new house cleaning. And having Zary be rude and dismissive while insisting I pay up just made it all the worse. Initially Zary had great communication in coordinating things, but I hire professionals to do things that are hard/impossible to do myself, and I can easily say my mom trained me to clean better than what I got."
"I called to get information and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother is a holocaust survivor and was recommended by a program that helps my mother. She has a nurse and physical therapy help and all I needed was a compassionate cleaner. The owner was telling me how she charges with a condescending voice. I was explaining to her what we needed cleaned and all she did was say that will be extra. I don’t care how people run their companies but this one at the end of the conversation I had to tell her I didn’t like her and she yelled back I don’t like you either and Go find a nurse for my mom! Great customer service and kindness is everything to me. Please find another cleaning company and interview people who you feel comfortable with. Shame on them!"
