Rick examined the areas that we wanted cleaned, then he pointed out the stains & explained the various cleaning solutions he would use to treat them. He then pretreated the stains and started cleaning! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 large throw rugs. The whole process took about two hours. The treated areas were damp and Rick gave us booties to wear on those areas until the carpets were completely dry. Rick was knowledgeable and reasonable.
