"I made an appointment for them to show up from my first walk through and cleaning for 10 am Monday. After several calls and emails because they had not shown, I was finally able to speak to a nice lady but even she couldn’t confirm someone would be here. She was hoping someone would make it by noon. But was still waiting for confirmation an hour after my appointment. I’m not able to comment on their cleaning services but my impression was that of unorganized and unprofessional. This was for a small business and we were counting on them to come. Now we are scrambling to get our place clean in time for opening."
