"Been going here for years (and before then, their Uptown location). Generally very happy with their service. However, I recently sent in my Hugo Boss sport coat for dry cleaning. They broke nearly all the buttons on the front and sleeves. Initially they tried to say I brought it in that way. Then they backtracked and said the buttons were "delicate" and it wasn't their fault for breaking. I've taken that same jacket to them multiple times and never had a problem. At the end of the day, they wanted to charge me $30 to replace all the buttons they broke/damaged on the jacket...and again told me it was my fault for having a jacket with delicate buttons. I refused to leave my sport coat with them after the damage they already did and will take it back to Hugo Boss to get the buttons replaced. Not sure what that will cost but at least I'll know it's done properly. Either way, very disappointed with how they treated a longtime customer and trying to deflect responsibility. They broke the buttons...just own it and fix it. Apparently that isn't how they operate."

"I took my daughters Sweet 16 dress to have it cleaned after her photo shoot. Had been told, if you take the dress anywhere, you better take it to Bibbentuckers. After it’s all said and done, now I understand why. From drop off to pick up, it was a very pleasant experience. I received a text when the dress was ready and was greeted by 2 very sweet ladies that helped get the dress in the car. Absolutely 100 percent happy with the quality of service. Thank you to the staff at Bibbentuckers Phenomenal work"
