"Let me say this, we have tried many companies before and this time we had to go with this company because no one was available except for them. I had doubts considering their cheap prices but felt some sort of assurance since they had some good reviews. My wife booked this service right before the holidays and I wish she never did. A group of people showed up with none of them is able to clearly communicate with us, we tried multiple times to point out things they did not clean to no avail. The owner takes forever to get back to us, very chaotic and disorganized op."

"We scheduled to have our house deep cleaned and paid over $300. The team rushed through the job paying no mind to the fact that my husband and I both work from home. The crew was frantically working to try to get done as quickly as possible creating quite a few disturbances. Even still, they didn’t get the blinds clean, they still have dirt and finger prints on them. Their vacuum clearly wasn’t working because the upstairs bedroom still had tons of dog hair even after I pointed it out and they made a second pass. Tons of dust still on ledges. Total waste of money."

"Absolutely fantastic! We were a little hesitant at first because we had never used a cleaning company before, only private individual cleaning ladies, but The Duster Crew was just amazing! They arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and got finished when they said they would be. The price for our deep clean was very reasonable and our house looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this wonderful company! UPDATE: Went from 5 stars to 2!! The first time we used them, this company was phenomenal and we were SO impressed. The second time, completely opposite. They were 30 minutes late and only cleaned for 45 minutes and then left. The website lists everything they are supposed to do and they did not do everything. The did a rush job and we got ripped off. We will not be using their services again. Extremely disappointed and upset."

"When we moved here last summer, we were looking for a cleaning service that could clean our large house (5,000 ish sf) quickly since my husband and I both work from home and need to be on Zoom and calls during the day. I looked a many different services but this was the only one that could send multiple people (4-5) and be done in about an hour or hour and a half depending if they're doing just the downstairs or the whole house. We are extremely satisfied with our cleanings! They do a fantastic job and leave thoughtful, creative touches on the paper towel, tissue boxes, and toilet paper that make it feel like you live in a fancy hotel! They even vacuum the sofas and chairs. Everything looks beautiful when they are done. They are professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier."
