"We had a window shatter from the hail storm and requested a quote from Squeaky Clean. They came out to our house unannounced/unscheduled took a look and gave us a quote. We told them we were shopping around and would let them know if we decided to move forward. We then get a call a week later from Chuck saying our window we ordered is in and that they need to install it that morning. Strange when we never agreed to ordering it... We decide that okay we will purchase and have them come install. They gave us a time that was convenient for them, we told them it wouldn't work and we need to reschedule. They still proceed to come to our house at that time and insist on putting it in. Did they fix our window? Yes. Would we use them again based on our experience/Chuck's customer service? No."
