"I was going to board my dog but wanted to tour the facility in advance. They close from noon to 2 PM and I arrived at 11:30 and was overwhelmed by the smell of feces. The employee didn't provide me with access to the kennel area and said there were mean dogs that might go after my smaller dog. The price was cheaper but I didn't want to risk leaving my dog at this place."

"I’ve been coming to this place for years! They are so accommodating and nice! I know some people have used their own personal business platforms to try and blast it but they are petty. I will always use this place whenever I’m in Peoria!"

"We have boarded our dogs here for years, but the last two visits (July for two days and Dec for two days) I think will be our last. In July, when I got my dog home her pads seemed really tender and a sore developed on one foot. After visits to two vets and $250. later, it was determined that whatever disinfectant was used in the pen irritated her paws. So, in the recent December visit, I commented on this and requested that they please be sure to rinse the pen thoroughly and told them about my July experience. I was assured there would be a sign put up on her cage to alert others of this problem. In addition, we have two dogs and were told they would be together in the large pen. I called before our reservation to confirm this. It was not done. After our two day reservation, my dog again has tender, irritated pads as well. I was thankful they only stayed two days."

"I have to edit my review. We had been going here for 2 years and we loved it but recently they changed management and we had two bad experiences. First we were charged an extra $30 for picking up on Sunday. When we questioned the extra charge we did not get a pleasant response and our dog seemed very tired. The second time when we picked up our dog he didn't have a voice, he was exhausted, and he was wet from the bed we brought was peed on. We will not be going back."

"Higher priced than most places but the dogs get play time instead of being in a cage the whole time during their stay. I took off one star because they charge you a fee for some type of instant flea treatment pill and it's required for every stay. I don't know of any other place which does this."
