"If I could give them zero I would. Don't ever do your taxes here! Worst service. The guy Tadeusz was disrespectful to women off the bat. Filed by paper, which is not recommended by the IRS. The place was a mess with stacks of random tax documents piled up. No organization. There was no help from them when it came to IRS and the taxes not being filed properly. It's the worst tax experience I've ever had."
