"I interviewed Jill regarding doing my business taxes for 2017. I told her my big concern was that my current tax adviser would never get my 1099's prepared to send out by the end of January. She assured me that they would. They didn't. Only after consistently calling to find out how things were going did she finally hand my files over to another associate in the office to get my taxes done. His timeline was garbage also. I get my taxes picked up with a ridiculous bill. No flare either. Stapled pages with no cover. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I did of course get my 1099's prepared and a form to sign and send in with instructions to send them out before February 1st. Of course it's already March. Words can't even explain the disappointment with this unprofessional staff. If you are looking for a business tax professional, this is not the company you want. Keep searching."
