"Absolute nightmare! I dealt with Ken for about 2 years and really never had a problem with him until 2020 taxes. This man is completely unprofessional and hides behind his secretary. Basically took our W2's and said he would file and bill us. Didn't hear from him for 2 months and when we tried to get our W2's back he was a ghost. We called and left several messages and emails with no response. My husband had to show up to his office unannounced and talk to his secretary while he hid in his office just to get our documents! Come to find out he never filed our taxes at all! BEWARE!"

"had to give ken my number 4 times to call me back never got any call back or info lost my entire check do to irs was told after i had called him every time that wouldnt happen and he would handle it multiple times his office looks like a tornado hit it very unprofessional will not be going back and strongly recommend anyone else"
