"I have been working with other leak detection companies and it took months and many visits, and they still have not found the leak.. Each month my water bill was about $400 so it was expensive and frustrating.. I learned about big D on Nextdoor and started calling them to see when they could stop by… I sent them pictures of my pool to show the water level on various days and how I was losing over an inch each day, even with the motor shut off, I was still losing the same amount.. I was amazed that they were able to come the NEXT DAY and dive into my pool! Two guys came by and they immediately identified two areas where I was losing a lot of water — one was in the skimmer, where there is a pipe that leads to the pool, supposedly there was a leak there, and the other one was a crack in the intake hole? — the big rectangular hole on the side of the pool. The guys put some putty as a temporary fix on the crack, so I wouldn’t be hemorrhaging water.. An hour later, I spoke to someone in their main office and was told that they would give me an estimate as to how much it would be to fix everything by the end of the day. I’m just amazed at how quick they are and how courteous and professional everybody was at this company… I wish I learned about them sooner… I could have saved thousands of dollars in water bills… I’m praying they will be able to fix my pool and that it will no longer be leaking.. If you have a leak that nobody can find, I highly recommend them… They were quick and very efficient and the price they quoted me for the leak detection was fair.."

"This guy has promised the world. Been late, didn’t call, missed deadlines not once but various times without even so much as an email. Nice guy, but not honest. Not once has he done what he said he was going to do. Worst part is when I gave him the job I said “I don’t care how much it costs, just do it right”"

Now, Big D is busy so you have to be persistent with them, but they did a great job with the repair and were always pleasant to work with. I would definitely work with them again! "I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and the team! I had a valve break after a terrible storm and they were out the next day to get me up and going!! As a new owner to our existing pool I needed a lot of help and advice and Jacob was so helpful and willing to share his knowledge and teach me about my system and share tips and tricks!
