Reviews
"I was told my cats needed tests and shots that another vet said were unnecessary. Banfield is unethical. Uses sick animals to make money. Scammers!"
"This is a very good place to take your pets I would check into the different wellness plans that they have it saves you money and your pet or pets can be taken care of the way a pet should be."
"We take out dog (Bella- 6yrs) and cat (Purrcy [long hair domestic]- 2yrs) to Banfield for their entire life. Great service and care for our animals!"
"I have been using Banfield for years for my dog. They have drop off appointments which make it very convenient to work around my schedule. The vets always call and are very thorough with what’s going on. And they always call the day after an appointment to check on my dog. I highly recommended."
"I watched while a client interacted with staff, and the client was not wearing a mask over their nose. After the client left, I stopped to ask about their mask wearing policy (“we can’t enforce it” was the answer I got). While talking to this other employee, I saw this employee take her mask down around to her chin and remain on the phone for an extended period of time without it. She didn’t even put it over her nose when finished, just over her mouth. Not safe. Not enforcing any sort of Covid protocol, even for employees. This makes Petsmart unsafe too. EDIT: I both called and emailed Banfield at the information below. When I called, I got a recording saying that they were experiencing high call volume. I did the prompts to assure they would call me back, and they did not. I also sent a message to the email address listed, and got an automated reply that promised a real one within 2 days. It's been a week and I have received no response."
