Red Roof Inn Bridgeton

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First the bed clothes were covered in stains but you could tell they were clean so no biggie really. 1:30 comes along and our door is getting beat down. We had paid for March 2 til Marc h 3rd. Had been in our room just a few hours and be ause the night clerk messed up the dates on our paperwork we were told we had 5 minutes to get out or they were calling the police on us."

"It would be ni stars...Worst stay ever....the staff was very rude and not helpful except for the lady that checked us in...we informed them that the heater was not working and it was freezing the whole night. The room was filthy...the mattress was very old and the bedding had stains and the heater. I used to work for Red Roof in Branson and never have I ever stayed at a Red Roof so outdated and filthy. Once something was stained or iimperfect it was donated or trashed. Very unhappy, so sad this place DO NOT STAY unless your truly desperate for a place to stay and bring cleaning supplies."

"I know going to a Red Roof to not expect the Ritz Carlton. I know they are usually run down, barely clean, and their typical towels that have seen better days but it’s ok I suppose. You get what you pay for. What did I expect? However this time Red Roof reached new lows. The shower never turned on, the cigarette smoke was intense (I’m glad I had room spray), and there was a chip stuck in the ac unit and a dead fly. I used my Clorox wipes to make the place bearable for the night. All I wanted was a shower which didn’t. Need to stay here? Don’t."

"Attached you will see the condition of the room we were given.  We were only a few hours from home, but we went to a local amusement park and decided to use you because of a comp we got for it.  The room was sparsely laid out with no storage area to speak of except for a night stand that had roach droppings in the drawer. One of the beds had a large stain on the bed spread. The front door looked terrible and on of the biggest customer service gripes I have is when we asked for more towels because  there was only 1 set (since we reserved the room for 4 people) they would not give us any because "if you have 2 beds we give 2 sets of towels".  How are 4 people going to shower if there is only 1 set?  This was the last straw, we packed the car back up at 6pm and drove another 3 hours to our home. This property was a terrible representation of your brand."

"Hands down the worst red roof I've ever stayed at. I'd say top three worst hotel stays period and I've stayed at some real "gems of the road". Guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and seemed to have better things to do then his job. Room was filthy and lacking in basic amenities. No trash can or wash rags. Luckily there were two beds because one had no sheets and the other had no pillow cases. The sheets that were there were covered in tiny bits of black fuzz. Which is not what it appeared to be at first. Good news though there weren't any bed bugs found after a thorough search. Floors hadn't been swept tub didn't look to be cleaned either. Needless to say no shower was taken and I slept fully clothed. Not recommended."
