The folks working the unit are all compassionate, upbeat, and delightful to be around. The actual vets themselves demonstrate their knowledge well and make me feel like I can trust our dogs in their care. The best part is that their new facility is totally lovely! No dated seating or uncomfortable little rooms. I just deeply appreciate any business that understand how important our pets are to us. "So grateful to have found this animal hospital! I needed a vaccine for my kitty and they were able to get me in the same day I called. When I arrived the facility was clean and organized. ALL of the staff, from the front desk all the way to the veterinarian herself, were so kind and friendly. They were able to give him his shot with me in the room and no one holding his scruff or any kind of rough handling at all. This is the first vet I've been to that has handled my cat with such gentle care and I will continue using them for any pet services I need in the future. "I have been taking my dogs to bogey Hills Animal hospital for 20 years. Most of my experiences have been positive. The one time I had an issue was not related to the care . It was a persons customer service skills. It was taken care of. My most recent service was my 12 year old Yorkies dental cleaning and teeth extraction. It went smoothly and everything was explained before the procedure as well as aftercare. I trust them. Friendly staff."

Dr Cross did a great job she answered all my questions, which were numerous and my pup got the medication right then.
