"They quoted me 3-4 days for a replacement of the back bumper on my Mazda 3. I called there A day or so before I dropped it off over the weekend. I called them back Thursday that week to see if they had completed the work. Had to call several different times before they answered. I was told that none of the shop guys were there but that the old bumper was off of my car, and that it could be done by Friday afternoon. I called back multiple times that Friday, left messages and got no answer back. I called them back on Monday and left more messages with no reply. More phone tag that week left me frustrated and with a response of "they don't have the right parts." Que one and a half weeks of them dodging my calls and not returning any messages... Then on the 3rd week I got a message that Monday about how the right bumper would be at the shop this week and they would let me know when it arrives. That Friday morning I got a call saying that the car was ready... They knocked about $150 off the end price and the work looks good, but the total lack of communication and the fact that it took almost ten times as long as they quoted is unacceptable."

"Took my 2002 Mustang to Jim and his team a few Months back. Initially the paint looked pretty good, but there were a few imperfections. They owned the mistakes and corrected the issues. Very satisfied with the work and customer service I received."

"Did not want to leave a review like this but it must be heard. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had when it comes to getting some paint work done. Dropped off my BMW bumper August 11th, thinking it will be done in 1-3 weeks, my usual wait time for painting parts. Also if you try to reach them over the phone, good luck, no one ever picks up the phone. Despite all the reviews I decided to give this shop a chance at painting my bumper, worst mistake ever, yes they did end up giving me the bumper for free but at what cost? I have went up to the shop 5-7 times checking the progress of the bumper and each time it was a new excuse, from “waiting on paint” then I show up and the paint is peeling everywhere, I show up the next time, the paint is peeling on the black trim part of the bumper, and instead of redoing it all, they just patched it up with paint. They missed spraying the edges of the bumper, I requested the side grills not to be painted but they went ahead and painted them anyways (white) and then patched them up with a brush (black), white paint was cracked when I picked it up, the bumper is the wrong shade of white and the black trim is already peeling clear. Every time the manager messaged me that the bumper would be ready the next day, it wasn’t. I would call/message them, and they would leave me unread or ignore me all together. I had to physically go up to the shop to get any actual updates, they have made so many mistakes on the bumper, it seemed like they did it on purpose. This all took 2 months, me getting the biggest run around of my life. Now I have to go to an ACTUAL professional shop and have them strip and redo the whole bumper. Biggest waste of my time. Save your money and DON’T come here."
