"This is tough. Accident, they towed my car to the lot. I called at least three times a day for the first week and no one answered, ever. I left voicemails everyday, multiple times a day and NO ONE ever contacted me. My wife took a day off of work to go there, they are most often closed, and the person at the desk was unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. After she talked to my wife like she was an idiot she left with little information. SHE TOOK A DAY OFF OF WORK because no one would help us. Then all of the sudden a different person at the desk was helpful, professional and was very pleasant. From the drivers to the front office this place is great, except the first person we dealt with. Don’t use them. Don’t, it’s really not worth having to deal with the owners daughter. Go somewhere else. She cost me time, my family money because she can’t answer a phone, return a call or be a good human. Go somewhere else."

"They towed my car a block away from the establishment on a Friday. The tow truck driver took 20 minutes to get there instead of the 2 minutes it should have taken. Then the receptionist locked the doors early after I inquired about my vehicle ( at 4:10pm) which meant that my vehicle sat in their tow yard and collected fees over the weekend. It's pretty much a scam between them and Swansea police department."
