"I am writing this with a considerable amount of frustration and disappointment regarding the recent debris violation notice we received. Yesterday's storm caused mayhem, leading to the scattering of trash and recycling items, including some from our neighbor's property. Not only was it not our debris, but we also did not have any recycling to dispose of that day. Unfortunately, I cannot provide documents as evidence due to the unexpected nature of the storm. What adds to my frustration is the lack of support when I called the HOA seeking assistance with ongoing issues caused by our neighbors. They consistently leave trash in our yard and driveway, play loud music 24/7 regardless of the time, and disrupt our peace. Each time I call the HOA for help, I'm directed to call 311, and unfortunately, there has been no effective resolution. It's disheartening to see how swift the HOA is in issuing violations but falls short in addressing legitimate concerns raised by residents. I urge the HOA to not only reconsider the recent violation notice but also take proactive measures to address the ongoing issues within our community. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to both matters, as our community deserves fair and effective governance. Disappointed and frustrated"
