H&R Block

"I'm not impressed ; because for the price point. It's not worth it. I think I will go with doing own taxes next year. Also , no coffee in the waiting area. Hr block is getting cheap with their customer service. If I just do a Google search I can find better options out there. Money talks and lacking customer services walks."

"Because I had the most horrible experience as you guys know I been with h & r block for a while but this time it changes everything on how my view of you guys , I made the appointment for a Wednesday 16 I think that day I had a doctor's appointment and I schedule the appointment at 11 but I called and the lady said that I can drop off my w2 and other documents and that once the tax prepare its done she will call me to sign the papers so i got to the office around 11:30 ish as I was asking if Rebecca had another appointment she said at 1 I think I was willing to stay but Rebecca come out and she told me that she can now do it online that I had to approve and sign with out going to office so I agree and I said perfect (as I gave the secretary I was specting Rebecca to do it that day) so Thursday came and I called the office and the secretary said Rebecca it's off she'll be at the office Friday so I was expecting her to do it as soon as possible and to my surprise she didn't"

"It was terrible. I called the night before I went and told them I have 3 1099 no dependents no property. The girl asked and told me $79. When I went there the lady that was going to do them told me 240? I explained about the 79 and she just looked at me. So I grabbed my stuff left and said I would not recommend the service to anyone."

"I like Maria and I liked Joyce before her. Usually I get a refund and I like the convenience of getting it done in an hour's time and find no need to sweat the whole experience if I was to do it myself; also the refund is usually significant enough that I don't mind sharing it with her (h&r)."
