"Horrible customer service. Got a call from Vadim to go over my taxes 3 months before my deadline, then he asked about a specific tax form and told me to call him back with it. I immediately checked for the form but there where none for this year from that specific company but when I tried to call him back I got no answer. I spent 3 months trying to contact his office with no response and since they had all of my tax forms I couldnt just go somewhere else and ended up missing my deadline. Then a few days ago (way past my deadline) I get a package in the mail with all of my forms. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else."
