"Absolutely DO NOT live under their management. Lived under Neder for 2 years. I don’t often make online reviews but here’s why: Basic and necessary requests including setting up pest protection, basic internet, a secure mail system, a secure buzzing/security system, a solid roof / weather protection (apartment flooded numerous times), reliable AC/heating, etc. were never fulfilled! And, if you want anything to get fixed or updated - don’t even think about requesting. You’ll get a perpetual loop of excuses until you leave the apartment. Ah, and they raise rent before you sign your first lease. They raise rent if you renew. They raise rent if another person offers to sign to your apartment. Additionally, they only respond to requests to fix above when rent is due or you threaten legal action. It’s all a money grab. Sure, they could mean well and might be decent people at home. But as me and the other building tenants experienced (that all left), Neder is unbearably bad at business and customer management. Look elsewhere. I was homeless when younger and I’d prefer to go through that again if I had choice between that, or paying Neder rent money to be my landlord. Apartment was spacious though, if you’re wondering, why through all this, we renewed for a second year. Horrible."

"Where do I start?…..so Neder Capital owns the apartment complex I live in. When I first moved into my apartment, it was as if the previous tenants had moved out the same day. It was filthy…food and grease still all over the kitchen, paint marks all over the floor, debris everywhere. On top of all that, they had to replace my front door (which they did a good job at), but decided to leave more debris and RUSTY nails all over my apartment hallway. All Neder Capital did was apologize and offer me a small credit. The ceiling leaked my first night there, the front of my cabinet face fell off the island in the kitchen because it wasn’t properly constructed, and now my dishwasher stopped working. I was told I would have a new dishwasher the following day, but then was told it needed to be longer. I have since had no updates on when I will be receiving it. The buzz in system we have in each unit in the apartment complex does not even work so is pointless. The worst thing about this place is that we have a shared mailbox that is located on the outside of our apartment complex, unlocked, and available for anyone to take at any point. So small packages, letters, etc are placed on the outside of the complex. Neder Capital claims that they have been trying to contact USPS to get someone out to our building for the past 12+ months but have been unable to do so (I call BS). I have already had multiple packages stolen so that has been a lot to deal with in its own. This is my own personal experience and realize others may differ."
