"Set an Appointment for Saturday at 3:00pm Walked into the store at 3:00pm took me maybe 3-5 minutes to find the cubicle . Someone was already being serviced I told the lady I had a 3pm appointment and asked where do you want me to wait? I figured the person seated appointment must have ran over. Clearly no I waited 45 minutes and left. Because at that point i didnt have the time for a 60 minute appointment.I got multiple texts confirming my time so unsure if this was a walk in that took my 3:00 o'clock time or scheduling issues either way it sucks the lady seemed very nice though."
"I did my taxes in Walmart in Wheeling.Il. I had Melody Mendoza do my taxes.I thought she was a great person.But when I had a problem with getting a $40 check from this co. for recommending someone.She gave me a bunch of excuses and lies.I won't ever go back to this place again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
