"My old link to pay HOA fees, property is no longer available on site to pay. Nobody answer calls or return voicemails, no email links to reach out. Just threats of late fees and lienholder notice. At least the 3rd party institute was smart enough to create a possible way to pay on its mailed document. It cost me a $600 additional fee but i was able to take care of it 5 minutes into the letter. Thanks guys!!!"

"If I could do 0 stars I would. This pool has gotten progressively worse since we first moved in. The rules, the Prices and regulations for entrance have gotten more and ridiculous over the 6 years we've lived in Atascocita South. I feel if you pay your HOA dues that should be all that barrs your entrance from the pool. The tags should be given after you pay your hoa dues. But instead you are charged an additional fee to get the tags then guests aren't even admitted with the extra fee of these tags. Each extra person is charged an $5 fee which is new because you now have to buy a tag even for minors in your own home. Americanpool.com lifeguards are okay. But some are very rude and try to flex their newly given teenage power. Allison for one was just the worse I've ever encountered she reminded me of a tiny blonde Hitler. I for one do not appreciate all the harrassment and all the prohibitions of fun. I don't pay $ 600 a year for access to a pool with an experience I NEVER EVER enjoy. I may start saving my HOA dues to invest in my own personal pool. It would be money better spent in my opinion. The rules being enforced are not consistent, and some of the guards unfairly try to enforce certain ones inconsistently and we're subjected to their "discretion"."
"We enjoy going to the pool and the park area with the kids when we visit their grandparents. The park is always clean and a chill spot to relax at."
