"This is a good place for pictures. My granddaughter was going to the Prom at her high school so we went here to get a few pictures of her and her date."

"Very pretty place with lots of amenities to keep family together and having fun. The grounds are kept up and the landscaping is beautiful. Theresa at the clubhouse is knowledgeable and friendly. Feels good to be apart of this community."

"The venue was beautiful and large enough to fit close to 100 people. There is a gazebo outside as well so you could have a wedding and reception here or a baby shower which was my reason for going. There is a nice lake outside too so the scenery is just gorgeous. There is also a kitchen and separate space to prepare food is necessary. It literally has everything and I plan to use it for my next baby shower as well."

"I am very disappointed as an Eagle Springs resident to rent out the clubhouse. The website states that Alcohol is permitted but after 6 pm we will need a peace officer. It clearly states that in the website, while during my event my attendant comes out and embarrassed my husband and I telling my guest that no alcohol was permitted before even talking to me about it. Then there is a splash pad there which is available to be used by my guest and of course when the kiddos need to use the restroom or to change they left trails of water. The attendant pushed that I need to mop the floor, which I understand but she expected for me to mop the floor with a stick and a towel in the end or the stick, like seriously????? This was so frustrating and embarrassing because she was complaining in front of my guest as soon as they got out of the restroom. Then we vacuumed and she complained that there were stains on the floor which were already on that ugly carpet they have. Just overall very embarrassing and unprofessional how the attendant reacted. I don’t think I will ever utilize the clubhouse which is sad since I live in the neighborhood it shouldn’t even be this way. Also, to know that the attendant is getting paid $15 an hour paid by the host is ridiculous and a waste of money just to get pushed around like that and embarrassed."
