"This company sod and replaced a new pool motor ( same brand name and model that work well over 12 years) . A few months later water leaked thru gasket badly. They would not honor work guarantee by abandon and did not return my calls. The motor broke after 2 years.I called to ask for manufactory registered by them but the owner hung up the phone. I realized they sold me a piece of junk or after market or may be a used one. People out there don't be get fool by this business because they were supper friendly when they sell their service and products."

"Butcher sold a poor motor and charged for installed by their technician. It's leaking at the gaskets after they installed. They made very hard time to come back for their work guaranteed. And they never attemp to responding for the issue regarding their contract work responsive. I went back to store, the lady front desk was very friendly but she did not know anything beside just sale their products. When you buy their products or use their services they are very friendly and schedule ontime . But when it comes to issue due to their responsibility they change 100% degree to not responding."

"I was referred to this company by a neighbor. I have tried several times to call them but get voicemail which is full and you can not leave a message. Also they have a place online to fill out a request for quote and service but it doesn't work. The message on the phone also says you can email the person and gives her last name but doesn't spell it so you dont know if your email even goes through. Pretty poorly run business development which probably speaks volumes about their service."

"We have utilized Butcher's for maintenance and repair on "Speed Racer", our Polaris Quattro for 2.5 years now. They are professional, knowledgeable and we drive out of our way to get there!"

"These guys are all talk. Very nice at the beginning but ultimately nothing with follow through. They are quicker to send invoices than they are to do the work. Its been 1.5 years and they still have not fixed my fountain as promised. Also, I bought a best robot in the game (recommended by them) and its a piece of junk and never works. They say they fix it but it never works even though its “under warranty”. At the end of the day, if you rely on them and their suggestions, you’re pool will never be operational because they do not back up what they say. Find someone else before the summer flies by."
