Sparkling Blue Pools

"I posted my displeasure working with David. He responded it was my fault. This goes to show what I dealt with. I never refused repairs. Repair help was never offered. I was told it was my fault the pool was having issues. But I hired Sparkling Pools to take care of the pool. David only said I had a leak without ever verifying the leak or suggesting what I needed to do next. He offered a refund but never gave it. Later telling me he owed me nothing. I have moved on to a company willing to help and not just blame and lie. Please note I never “loved” them. It’s a good place for basic service although they charge more than others for service. David is not customer centric."

"I used this company last summer. They did not stop by as scheduled even though they said they did but curiously my Ring Door bell which picks up everything never picked them coming but every once in a great while. My pool water started to turn green so I canceled and a new company came in and said it looked like my pool hadn't been treated in a month or more. In addition they told me the pool wasn't running long enough. After about a week and lots of chemicals the new pool company was able to get my pool back in shape."
