"Worst pool company to say the least. I've worked for them and I already saw the carelessness of the company itself but I still showed up and did my job 100%. Now coming to my neighborhood pool where the same company is working at, the neighborhood pool has gone downhill drastically. Guards don't go up with 20-30+ people in the pool. Life guards left the pool annettend during the middle of their shift. They damaged pool property and don't clean up anything. The restrooms are filthy. And lastly it's hard to get a hold of the company and manager David. This company shows extreme laziness and such a lack of disrespect. The lifeguards don't deserve to get paid because they don't even do the bare minimum of their job. I hope the mud board fires this company for next summer so we can actually enjoy the pool and keep a nice clean facility."

"So bad, they set the HS campus pool I work at back a decade when they got the contract to resurface. Non stop problems popping up. The picture below is just one example, the light fixture just popped out and when I went down to check the screw had never been put in properly and they actually snapped half of it off into the wall so I can’t replace the screw. They did this and just walked away from it When they resurfaced they screwed up one of our black racing lines, left plaster all over the tiles, trashed the pool gutters with rust and plaster and didn’t replace them them. One of the 6ft markers on the wall was placed upside down. Do not use this company."

"Today about 25 people in the pool. the lifeguard has been sitting in a chair on her phone the entire time. We arrived at 5:20. You seriously need to do some training with your company before someone gets seriously hurt. How can you let this go unnoticed. I'd give zero stars if I could"

"Two days in a row we visited our neighborhood pool where the life guards were not on the life guard stand. Both days, both girls, spent the duration of our time there on their phones in a lounge chair not paying attention to the pool nor the people in it. They also got up and left the pool to go to a building by the pool for at least 15/20 minutes. If this is your idea of safety and proper training you may want to re-evaluate your standards because someone is going to get seriously hurt on your watch. Very concerned about your staff and program."

"I worked as a lifeguard here for a summer and a half. The first summer was great, but I only got paid minimum wage. The second summer, a lot of the main managment left the company and it went downhill from there. I got a 50 cent pay raise and I worked at the same pool every single day. I wasn't even a manager, but I did all the manager work. Then, I finally got a week off. I expected to come back , but I had no hours. I messaged and called my supervisors many times with little to no response about my situation. I finally went up to the office and they told me a picture got sent to them of me 'lounging' in one of the lounge chairs while on my break. I was told that because of that, I couldn't work at that pool anymore. I quit out of frustration because I had been extremely loyal to their company and I was treated disrespectfully."
