Their life guards do little to nothing about unruly patrons, in part I’m guessing because they have no support since adult managers walk in, witness the behavior of these folks and do nothing themselves. They are apparently understaffed because they can’t keep their pools open due to only one lifeguard showing up. As a homeowner who has to pay annual dues in order to use the pool, this is not acceptable. I will be recommending that my subdivision contract a different company in the future."
