I looked up Jandy reps in the area and Pit Stop came up. I called and spoke to Sheri, who was one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to on the phone at any company. She listened to my explanation of our ongoing issue with our Aqualink system and, after some looking into it, had a Pit Stop Pool Service rep and a Jandy rep at our house to address the issue a few days later. "Our pool was in serious TLC and as first time pool owners, we had no idea what it actually took to maintain one.
