"Beautiful! I called around and checked reviews and then I chose three companies to interview for our pool resurfacing and tile change. After the interviews and chose Pool Renovations by Alan based on his knowledge and experience but mostly because he was extremely honest. He was clear on when he would be able to start the job, what products he recommends based on his years of experience and his knowledge of the new products used for longevity. We are extremely happy with his work. Alan and his crew were respectful of our property and made sure not to disrupt our neighbors and leave any debris from the removal of the old surface and tile. His crew worked extremely hard, and I could tell that they had a lot of experience also. We also had work done on our pool pump and heater and his repair specialists Tony and Sharon took care of that and we are now ready for our next pool party. His pricing was right on point with the other companies I interviewed, and his timeline was faster than the others that said it would be months before they could complete the job. I would highly recommend Pool Renovations by Alan. The first picture with the floaties is the old color and tile. You can see how dark the pool was even in the summer and the new tile and light blue color is much better."

Alan walked us through choosing new plaster, tile and coping along with adding a sun deck and a waterfall with LED lighting synced with the pool lights. "DON'T USE THIS CRIMINAL!!! HE RUINED MY POOL. He is a crook. He is trying to take advantage of me. He said this was "quality work". If he thinks my pool/ hot tub is quality he is not qualified to work on pools. Please see pictures. He is refusing to even give me my money back! Don't just take my word for it, look at the previous negative reviews. Furthermore, Alan and his legal team are now threatening that they will not issue a refund without my removal of negative reviews. My reviews are honest and 100% fact. They are trying to intimidate me into removing my reviews which speaks to his character. I had men working on the inside of my house doing tile work who witnessed them installing pool tile. The tiles were not properly installed and they didn't bother to use a level. My contractor even went as far as going out to speak with Alan's men (the pool sub community is small and they all know each other). I have photographs and video of the work being done and plan to take this guy to court. Please feel free to come see for yourself."
