"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Literally join any other gym in San Antonio but FC.!! For starters they scammed me into a year membership even though I asked the man signing me up if it was month to month, and he said yes multiple times, but I neglected to read the paper he was having me sign and ended up in a year membership. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING! So a few months later I move out of town and try to get out of the membership and they were not empathetic at all to what their money hungry sales men did to me so l had to stay locked in that year even though I was out of town now! Now a year later and my year is up and I'm still being charged for a membership since l can't go in and sign a paper to cancel because apparently all year memberships go into "month to month membership" after the year is up and doesn't cancel. Customer service is over an hour long wait every time and both customer service and managers at the gym are rude and money hungry and never any help. Save your money and go somewhere else!"

"The gym is nice, lots of equipment. Most of the staff is polite and friendly but unfortunately they seem to have a very high turn over rate with a lack of proper training in the policies and contracts. I was told 100% incorrect information regarding the contract and the fees associated by multiple staff to include 3 ACM's Please make sure you call the corporate line first before making any decisions regarding this gym to learn the true expectations of a membership. Unfortunately I would never recommend this gym based off the experience with 1 particular female ACM who lacks finesse in customer relations."

"Gym was spacious with a lot of great equipment. Love the smaller section of women’s only It was great to have an area to get my lower body workout in that also had cardio equipment if you didn’t want to be in the open space. Def recommend the visit"
