"Great friendly new Dr. looks like he really cares about the animals. Very happy to have such a great place close to home."
"Pusia had an excellent experience with doctor. He is so detailed, but also worked efficiently. His entire staff is so kind and helpful. And the best part is you don’t have to wait long for an appointment. I highly recommend him."
"I have mixed feelings about this place. Overall the clinic looks great and is clean and the staff is very very nice. Dr. Koc is super nice and has this easy going, friendly aura. Pets seem not to be afraid of him. But. I have two different experiences. When I went with my new young dog there - great first visit. On the second visit for 2nd set of shots, they seemed not to be able to find me in a computer, asking me if I’m there’re first time and wanting to do new set of shots for my dog, who just had already the first set 3 weeks earlier. I had to repeat myself multiple times to make sure they do not repeat the same set. They finally found my dogs record. But I was feeling uneasy. I made sure when speaking with Dr. Koc to tell him that the dog needs 2nd set not 1st. I don’t want my dog get killed accidentally. Meantime before the 2nd visit with my dog, we went for an emergency visit with my boyfriend’s dog, who has multiple health conditions and is 5 years old. My boyfriend’s original vet was out of town so he decided to go to Arnett. When we walked into the room, the doctor was standing behind split open door, and asked why we came in so my boyfriend explained the bloody paws and health conditions the dog was previously diagnosed with and without touching the dog and without examining him doc said oh, this is 11th time someone is coming today with allergies - we’ll give him a shot and he’ll be fine…. so he gave a $200 shot to my boyfriends dog. Long story short - it didn’t help. And that is what set me off - how can u diagnose a new patient without throughly examining him…..? Not even looking at his bloody growths between paws. So I really have mixed feelings. The doc seems like a very good guy but I’m not sure if he really knows what is up or cares enough anymore. I read mixed reviews about the clinic but decided to judge based on my experience and I am really confused. Maybe if u have a healthy pet and there is no need for any emergency, the clinic might be just right. But I don’t think this clinic would be my first choice in case of an ilness or emergency. Also if your pet really needs a surgery and are on a budget, I would recommend fox lake animal hospital, walk ins only. Be there 6am."
"Small, privately owned practice. Fair pricing. Dr Arnett has full office of cats that clients brought to be euthanized for one reason or another. That’s remarkable! That’s the kind of vet I want to take care of my dog. Only what’s necessary and always good for the animal."
