"Please. Please. Listen to me if you don’t want to have the worst time of your life. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. You will regret it. Bill (owner) can’t honor any warranty issues. Joshep (installer) is the most arrogant, disrespectful person you will ever meet. Installers will DESTROY your property. You will be left worth thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Business will only install pool / shell, you’re on the hook for concrete work, electrical connections, lights, repairs to your yard, hauling off dirt. Pretty much everything else comes out of your pocket. Business doesn’t have the capacity to honor a warranty issue. My pool and one another just down the road, with issues and company not honoring warranty. This place must pray on people with low income and unable to file legal suit or action. If you see this review and still proceed with purchase, don’t say you were not warned."
