"I called the other day in regards to having a repair done on my phone that had custom software installed on it, they said they would be able to do the repair on the phone with no issues, and I bring the phone into the shop today and get a call about 2 hours later saying that they could not work on the phone due to said custom software according to the manager. When I called the other day and mentioned the custom software why wasn't I told then and there that the phone couldn't be worked on? I wasted 30 minutes of my time driving to this location with expectations of being able to have my phone repaired because I called prior to bringing it there and now I'm going to have to waste another 30 minutes going to pick up the phone which is still broken. This is super inconsiderate of the customer's time and two and two should have been put together before I even brought the phone in."

"Very disappointed with my services. Paid $200.00 for Nintendo switch to be repaired. They kept the game for almost a month stating it needed to be sent out for repair. Get the game back and within a months it’s doing the same thing. Now they tell me to buy another game. Wish I would’ve done that prior to repair."

"Time took to repair my MacBook Air was a bit longer than expected due to the part being delayed/lost. Once the technician received the part my device was repaired. They also cleaned my MacBook Air and it looked brand new! That was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend them."

"Don’t trust their review score- they manipulate people to give a good score for complete garbage service/product. Replaced screen broke in less than 24 hours around the speaker hole- an obvious stress crack from improper installation. Please go elsewhere or straight to apple- even if you were in a pinch like me it’s NOT worth it."
