"Well, came to this shop based on the fact that my company services our fleet of service trucks here and I needed to work on my truck. Long story short, quote was 3500 total ended up being 4800 and my engine still has a knock. Was told for another 2500 they will get it fixed. After I told them for that money I can get a new engine I was told that was your choice. We pulled our entire fleet of 200 trucks from these guys after this. They pry on private owners because they can’t make money on fleet vehicle repairs."

"Cooper's provides great service and they are upfront and honest, you definitely get good value and know the job was done correctly.
