"When I say phenomenal customer service skills, hands-down this is the place for me! I have never encountered auto mechanic shop owners like *James*, Sam & Joe. They are truly the best. I purchased my vehicle on Halloween October 31 of 2020 and have owned my 2018 BMW 430XI Grand Coupe with only 30,000 miles on it as of January 14, 2024. The vehicle was pre-owned and was in immaculate condition due to the pandemic & the original owner had less than 10,000 miles on it at the time of a trade-in. The fellas shop have performed all of these services to it within the years. Air & Cabin fiber filter replacement, Tires & rotation, complete auto glass replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine heating and cooling fluid replacement, Auto engine diagnostic. Wheel alignment after my complete Brakes and Rotors replacement. Air conditioning, Battery System computer checks / resets *Especially this BMW because it has a battery charging system built-in*, All of my scheduled Oil Change & Filter Replacements on time! When it comes to my DOC (BMW’s name) the group of guys that work in this shop are the only ones to work on him! I am a very satisfied customer for years who travels all the way from the Chicagoland area."
