"The service here was not good at all, and I did not feel like they were trying to help me save money or get more money at that. The ladies were kind of nice and that's about it. The representative I had did not seem to know the system very well, and was slow using the computer. Also, she was training a new employee, which I didn't see how, considering... Also, it was going to cost me 235 dollars to file just because I claimed 1 dependent. That couple clicks of a mouse that she barely accomplished, caused the price the more than triple."
