"Customer service here is non existent. I’m in the military and live in San Diego so matching up hours is difficult. I called the office several times wanting to speak to my “agent” a guy I’ve never met who is way to busy to return calls. The secretary is friendly and gives me the number. I left voicemails for a week straight everyone made excuses saying he was in a meeting but still won’t call me back. I just want to cancel this life insurance policy and absolutely nobody will help."
