"Called to replace a phone screen for galaxy s20 ultra and i got a price of 450 for the screen and the salesman kept insisting that the screen itself is $300+ and its a really hard job. All bs the screen "oem" online is less than $200 as a business man myself i know they buy them even cheaper than the online prices. Overpriced. Everywhere i called they were asking for less and they have options of original and aftermarket. Which really makes sense because who wants to pay 450 for a screen of a phone that sells for 500 used."

"I hate writing a bad review so I'll try keep this factual: 1) Filled in appointment time with details of requested repair (common model). 2) Turned up for appointment 5 mins early. 3) Told upon arrival that they didn't have the part (repair is listed on website and appointment form). 4) I comment that I would have appreciated a phone call (appointment scheduled >2 hours earlier). 5) "Sorry, I tried but the phone keeps ringing" as they sail off to answer the phone leaving me unable to ask questions such as: when might you have the part or, any suggestions? Or any further acknowledgement. 6) I try calling several times after appointment - no answer. Had I walked in with no appointment - no argument. Had I got a phone call to tell me the part isn't available- no complaints here. Had I been given just a few more seconds of concern for a wasted trip that could have been avoided - I might have felt bad but I wouldn't feel compelled to leave a 1 star review."

"This place is so amazing! I made an appointment online to get my phone screen fixed for after work and they took me right away! Ray was supper kind and accommodating. He explained everything he was going to do and fixed my screen in just under an hour. I felt very valued and was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of their products! Would recommend and would for sure go back!"

"My Samsung Galaxy s7 was always dying on me, I was charging it virtually all the time. So i found that these guys at batteries plus bulbs replace batteries. I came in, the employee asked me a multitude of questions regarding my phone and told me to come back in an hour to hour and half. I ran my errands and came back, paid and left. They did it fast and efficiently. It has been a few days since I have gotten my battery replaced, it has been worth it! it is good as new."
