"Stopped by to ask when my car could be looked at for a non-urgent repair. After the woman at the front desk asked me twice whether I had ever been there before (and me responding "no"), she could not/would not provide me with ANY kind of ROUGH estimate (today, tomorrow, next week) as to when it could be looked at, and explicitly told me to take it to my usual mechanic. After innocuously asking "So you won't give me a rough estimate?", she got extremely emotional -- it was surreal. I guess it's good that existing customers must keep coming back to keep it busy, but if you are a potential new customer, avoid Crazy Town Auto Service."
