"I do not remember the doctors name she was a female that took care of my cat, But she was wonderful. She’s a beautiful person and she has a good heart. It’s one of the best hospitals we’ve been taking our pets there for years I want to thank you for being so good we will continue our care with Indiana. The doctor even called to see how we were and did everything she could for our cat and gave us very good advice. This is one animal hospital that really cares about your pet. It’s not about money may God Bless Her , She cares about All animals and about their family also , Thank you again, Dr. and the staff for being there for us and all are calls and ?s this is a five star animal hospital I would give it 100 stars they care about pets More than any other place, I’ve known in the past , they are true animal lovers"

"The receptionist and vet techs are friendly. Neither veterinarian I met with was friendly or had much interest in what was wrong with my dog. I think both times I went, each vet spent less than 10 minutes with my dog. I wasn’t able to get a diagnosis either time I went and they didn’t seem concerned at all. I felt like they didn’t listen to me and services were over priced. I ended up taking my dog to Glendale Animal Hospital where I learned he had cancer and needed surgery. They also gave me antibiotics for something else he was sick with. In both cases I was given a diagnosis with names for infection and what kind of tumor he had. I ended up getting surgery for my dog and he is so much happier. He was obviously in pain before. If I hadn’t gone to another vet for another opinion, who knows how long my dog would have suffered."

"I would never recommend this vet to anyone. The front staff are nice and some of the vets seem competent, but the chances of getting assigned an incompetent and rude vet are too high. I brought my kitten in and was rushed through every step of the exam, my concerns were dismissed and ignored, and I was told that she was completely healthy. A month later she was still dealing with many of the same issues I had brought her in for, and took her to a different vet where I had to drop $200 on medications. These are health issues that have been affecting her since before I took her to the Glen Ellyn Animal Hospital, meaning she has been uncomfortable and unwell for WEEKS. This is clearly unacceptable, especially considering the money we spent to get her “examined” by GEAH."
